The Pint Bill has passed through the House Judiciary Committee. The committee met yesterday and accepted the subcommittee’s recommendation to move the bill forward with a simple linguistic amendment. Though not without debate, the committee decided to table several amendments dealing with changing the bill’s language regarding the amount of ounces that could be served on-site at breweries. The bill now moves forward to the entire House of Representatives.

On the Senate side, the senate version of the bill is still in subcommittee.
